Screenshot Happy

Terms of service

Last updated: 2026-09-18.

This is a plain, honest starting point, not legal advice — have it reviewed by a professional before any paid customer relies on it, and before this page is treated as final now that real subscriptions are involved.

Who you're contracting with

Ghezam Capital (Ahmed & Ayoub), operating Screenshot Happy, based in Spain. Contact: ghezamcapital@gmail.com.

What the service is

An HTTP API that captures a URL you provide as a PNG, JPEG or PDF, and can optionally monitor a URL on a schedule and call your webhook when it changes. Behavior, parameters, and limits are described in full at /docs — that page is part of these terms, not just marketing copy.

Current status — read this before relying on it

The service is still in early testing. There is no uptime guarantee and no service-level agreement, on the free tier or on a paid plan. It can change, break, or be taken down without notice while in this state. Don't build something business-critical on top of it yet without talking to us first.

Usage limits

The rate and concurrency limits listed in /docs apply to every API key. We may revoke a key that abuses the service, attempts to bypass those limits, or resells access without agreement.

Paid plans and billing

Acceptable use

No warranty, limited liability

The service is provided "as is", especially while it's in early testing. To the extent allowed by Spanish and EU law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses arising from downtime, incorrect screenshots, or misuse of the service by you or anyone using your API key. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited (e.g. gross negligence, willful misconduct).

Changes to the service or these terms

We can change pricing, limits, or these terms as the service matures. Material changes will be reflected on this page and, once paid customers exist, communicated to them directly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute not resolved directly will go through the competent courts in Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your own country of residence if applicable.
